Three principles guide every job we take, whether it's a single sticky key or a complete restoration.
Every visit begins with a thorough mechanical and tonal inspection. We identify the root cause — not just the symptom — before preparing any quote. You receive a written diagnosis explaining what we found and why it matters.
We do not apply surface fixes that return in three months. If a sticky key is caused by swollen key bushings from humidity, we address the bushings — and advise on humidity management to prevent recurrence. Repair that lasts.
If a repair is not cost-effective — if the piano is structurally compromised beyond viable repair, or if parts are unobtainable — we tell you clearly and honestly. No one benefits from an overpriced repair on an unviable instrument.

Our lead technician has over 15 years of hands-on piano repair experience, covering action rebuilds, string replacement, voicing, regulation and full restoration. During this time we have repaired more than 3,000 pianos across Singapore.
Both options are available. Light repairs — sticky keys, individual broken strings, minor action faults, regulation, voicing, tuning — are done on-site at your home. Major work such as full restringing, soundboard repair, pin block replacement or full action rebuilds may require the piano to be transported to our Bukit Batok workshop, which we arrange.
