These Terms & Conditions govern the use of pianorepair.ol.sg and the piano repair, tuning, and related services provided by Piano Repair Singapore ("we", "us", "our") based at 150 Bukit Batok Street 11, Singapore 650150. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Service visits are booked by contacting us via WhatsApp (+65 8084 2332), phone, or the contact form on this website. Bookings are confirmed only when we send written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
Appointment times are estimated. We will notify you of any significant delays. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice wherever possible.
Prices on this website are indicative ranges. Final quotations are provided after inspecting the instrument. We will not carry out additional work beyond the agreed scope without your approval. For major repairs, a written quotation will be provided before work begins.
Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, PayNow, and bank transfer. Invoices for larger projects may require a deposit. Unpaid invoices may incur interest at 1.5% per month after 30 days.
Tuning: pitch stability depends on your piano's condition and environment. We warrant that tuning is carried out to the A440 standard but cannot guarantee that a neglected piano or one in extreme humidity will hold its pitch for 6 months. Pitch raises are chargeable separately.
Repairs: parts installed by us are warranted for 90 days against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent misuse, humidity changes, or accidental damage.
We carry out all work with reasonable care and professional skill. However, older or vintage instruments may have pre-existing conditions that create risk during servicing (e.g., brittle strings that break during tuning). We will inform you of such risks in advance where identifiable. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
We are not liable for loss of use, consequential loss, or indirect damages arising from our services.
You agree to ensure safe access to the instrument for our technicians. The piano should be accessible without obstruction. If conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to postpone the visit.
