Yes. We service both New York Steinway and Hamburg Steinway (Steinway & Sons Hamburg) instruments. Hamburg Steinway grands use slightly different regulation specifications — the let-off distances and hammer strike ratios differ somewhat from New York Steinway specifications, and we apply Hamburg specification when working on Hamburg-built instruments. If you are unsure which your instrument is, the origin is stamped on the cast iron plate.
Steinway piano tuning costs S$120–S$180 for a standard home appointment. For concert-preparation tuning or institutional pianos requiring tuning to stricter standards or with shorter notice, contact us to discuss a suitable arrangement.
