We aim to offer same-week visits for most repair requests in West Singapore. Bukit Batok, Jurong, Clementi and Choa Chu Kang bookings are typically available within 2–4 days. For urgent repairs — for example, a broken string before a performance — WhatsApp us and we will do our best to prioritise the visit.
No — for most repairs we come to you. Light repairs (individual keys, single strings, regulation, voicing, tuning) are all done on-site at your home or studio. Heavy-duty work such as full restringing, soundboard repair or pin block replacement may require the piano to be transported to our Bukit Batok workshop, which we organise and coordinate.
Provide the piano brand (e.g. Yamaha, Kawai, Pearl River), model number if known (e.g. U1, K3), approximate age, and a specific description of the problem — which keys are affected, what sound you hear, whether the issue appeared suddenly or gradually. If you can send a short voice note of the sound via WhatsApp, that helps us assess before the visit.
